After being away from my kitchen for a couple days, I decided to get out my big gun, digital SLR, and do some serious cooking. The recipe: Rustic Greens Hand Pies. I saw them in the Oregonian's Food Day a few months ago, and being the fat kid that I am, have been dreaming about them ever since.
To be frank, it really wasn't all that great. The outer crust was excellent, but the filling was just a bit too green. Perhaps next time it will need more cheese or sauce or something altogether unhealthy.
