I made Rosemary Shortbread Cookies today. They're awesome. And my apartment smells like rosemary now. Win!
First I chopped up rosemary with this fine little slicing tool that mama brought me from Alaska.
Then made the shortbread dough. Its easy stuff. Butter, sugar, flour. All very good for you['r soul].
Then I got out my cookie press. Cute, right?
Here they are. Melt-in-your-mouth-rosemary-goodness.
